What BDC Clinics offer for treatments

• Veneers: 5 years
• Crowns: 5 years
• Bridges: 5 years
• Inlays / Onlays: 3 years
• Implants (only the product) from 5 years to Lifetime
• Partial dentures, combination work, locator dentures 3 years
• Dentures 1 year
• Fillings 1 year

In case of an unlikely failure of the laboratory or dental work, the Budapest Dental Care Clinics will cover all necessary dental and laboratory costs to rectify the problem. In this case Budapest Dental Care Clinics will provide free transport to/from the airport upon arrival and departure, as well as free tickets for public transport in Budapest.

What BDC Clinics recommend – The patient’s obligations

We recommend the patient returns to us for an annual check-up during the warranty period. The patient must immediately and without delay notify Budapest Dental Care Clinics in the instance of a warranty problem. Return to one of our Budapest clinics for an annual check-up during the warranty period. The patient must immediately and without delay notify the clinic in case of warranty cases. 

In cases of periodontal diseases, we advise the patient to undergo routine checkups 2-3 times a year, and to follow the recommendations given by the dentist on departure.

Guarantee is reduced or invalidated under the following conditions

• If oral hygiene is neglected
• If the patient does not return to Budapest Dental Care Clinics for a routine check-up at least once a year during the guarantee period
• If the dentists' instructions are not followed
• If removable restorations such as partial or full dentures are not kept and maintained properly
• If gum tissue or bone recedes
• In the event of accidental damage (for example, dropping the denture)
• If a substantial gain or loss of weight occurs
• If the patient has a general illness that negatively affects their dental condition (for example: diabetes, epilepsy, osteoporosis, condition after x-rays or chemotherapy)

Occasionally teeth suffer preparation trauma during crown and bridgework that may result in the need for root canal treatment afterwards. Budapest Dental Care is not liable for any problem which was not noticeable on the patient's x-ray, and was not foreseeable or predictable, at the time of treatment at Budapest Dental Care Clinics.
